Tippy top as a numeric string is: 20,9,16,16,25,20,15,16

When you take the inverse of that (think mirror) you get: 6, 17, 10, 10, 1, 6, 11, 10

Those numbers add up to: 71

Remember - think mirror: that gives you 17. Message received Mr. President!
