Observations: It's the same fish coin we've seen before. The red on his chest has 12 divisions like a clock as does the purple on the forehead where "3rd eye" is usually portrayed. The word "wizard" is about 2/3 full (draining?). If it hadn't been for the purple on the forehead, I would have assumed the red on the chest was representative of the heart he desired, but now I'm not so sure ..the purple shape is odd.
I wonder if the color choices are stylistic or symbolically significant. I could see the chest image with the 12 divisions relating to the debt clock itself perhaps.
We've had a couple interesting threads here within the last week relating to the pineal gland. Interesting to have a third eye image in the mix. I completely missed it in my first assessment. Nice job catching that!
Also interesting to see the draining color on the word wizard. Perhaps their power draining away? In the Wizard of Oz, it's theorized the wizard himself represents the duplicitous US president. Hmm.. I like that symbolism a lot.
Yeah, I was thinking of the pineal gland but that is definitely not pinecone shaped. BUT, biblically speaking, purple is the color of royalty so it could be a representative of God or the spiritual connection to God.
That very well could be. My mind went to the pineal gland since it's sometimes referred to as the third eye and is located right where that particular element is placed on the tin man. (Well, inside the brain, I mean.)
There are definitely many, many, many biblical references in these secret windows, so that's a possible explanation re the purple color choice as well.

Lots of good thinking here, u/Kensethfan.
The third eye chakra is also indigo.
