What is it supposed to be? Is that a popular character from a girl band or something? A new Brat doll? Regardless, doesn't even look like a costume but a teeny bopper statement trying to fit in/look edgy in a dominatrix kind of way. Would say lose the fishnets, lower the skirt, and remove straps from the boots and look again. Cripes. Whatever happened to taking an old white sheet and being a ghost?
