Hehe, my stupefyingly dense ex-wife called me and said the same thing, that she knows I'm stubborn but that I really really NEEDED to get the shots and boosters.

Nope, never did. She has so many medical issues going back to her childhood, after she took the jabs, I'm really surprised she's still living.
