He is saying he doesn't want to use the same description for two different people when there are lots of words to use.

I don't know all of what is going on, and of course Hillary has a double, most at that level do.

But he is not saying here that Hillary is dead or in Gitmo. This isn't some secret or special or sneaky "comms".
