Amazing! Congress sure seems to get very nice raises yearly - and I'd guess they had a +245% compensation (or more) and only +115% productivity - lol - and the productivity % is being very very very generous. Personally, I'd give them a -115% tbh. Too bad the rest of the world doesn't get to vote themselves a raise without their employers ok. Must be nice. And no evaluations either - good job or bad - those yearly raises just keep coming.
Yes! This is a fantastic point. Congress's compensation should be tied directly to the outcomes of their policies.
