I don't know about other places, but in my observation, here in SF bay area, last 3 days, the skies were bombarded with jets and their exhausts spewing toxic chemicals in upper atmosphere. They sprayed so much that entire sky was covered in thick fog of chemicals. I could even smell it - the same smell you feel when you enter those big box stores. The same set of chemicals that cause you migraines and headaches.

But this morning the sky is completely clear, no traces of any fog, trails whatsoever. So perhaps they captured the jets and underlying network? It aligns with Scavino's comms.
