Has anyone ever questioned why the highest security clearence in the nation originates from the Department of Energy?

One could say nuclear secrets, but that's 1945 thinking. Everyone has a nuke now. I could even get you a nuke. I know a guy.

I've heard it said it's because of the UFO free energy technology we got from the paperclip Nazis and elsewhere. I'm not a UFO guy, but Q did say that topic is of the highest classification, so for that reason I'm willing to consider it.
