Glyphosate has an LD50 that is higher than table salt. https://medium.com/center-for-biological-diversity/is-roundup-safer-than-table-salt-a302341aabcd That supposedly lets it use less severe warning word like "caution" instead of "danger." It has not been shown to be beneficial to life in any way, so don't eat it.
