I remember this point in my own awakening. It will take some time to pass. The situation seems hopeless, and mostly it is.

Eventually you will come back to the realization that family, friends and living and enjoying life are the most important thing, you don't have a lot of control around the things we discuss here, so better to enjoy the little things, and improve yourself and your life
