A federal judge late Wednesday gave millions of gun owners breathing room when he slammed the Biden administration’s effort to ban a big slice of the AR-15 market.

That is nice, but it illustrates the larger problem perfectly. All it takes, is one judge to destroy our Constitutional rights. We got lucky this time. Next time, who knows?

Exactly and after the last Bruen ruling from SCOTUS they can only use restrictions the Founding Fathers had. There were none and they had meltdowns and returned to ignoring the last ruling.
