It's like they believe when you go to a gun raffle that it's a bunch of guys getting drunk handing out guns after they pull a name out of a hat. Doesn't work like that. You can win all the guns you want.. nobody is leaving the raffle with a brand new gun. You still have to go through a background check and pick it up from a dealer afterwards.
