Thats Gymnema and Berberine that eat up the sugar in your body and reduce your craving for it.

Both plants and readily available supplements that lower blood sugar. Gymnema Sylvestre is known as "the sugar destroyer" in Ayurvedic medicine. Also called natures metformin.
