I would guess the Greek word descriptions you provided have to do more with the cells’ behavior than structure, denoting, perhaps, that eukaryotic cells are more active and aggressive than the prokaryotic ones. How that mechanism works, physically, in relation to the behavior is for brighter minds than mine. High school biology was too many decades ago for me to remember. Your point about DNA->RNA is the takeaway/important.
It’s hard to believe that there are people who would study biology and physiology at this level with an eye (aim) to using it to harm and kill people, but here we are. I guess I understand the Adam-Eve-serpent story a bit better with respect to the Tree of Life.
In Greek, ευκαριωτικο means opportunistic. (Ev-carry-oteeko).
Προκαριωτικο means precocious.
I don't see how this relates to the cell types' structures so maybe it's not relevant.
Anyway, I think the important point is that "A virus is eukaryotic and can be taken into the DNA and produce RNA."
