It really depends on how absolutely retarded Minnesota goes in 24. I'm always armed and I shoot back so I'm not too scared by myself. But there's almost no point. Best clubs are mostly closed, what's left are typically shit. They seem to keep it somewhat safe for the games and the Target center but downtown is pretty shitty. My larger concern are the ghetto ass neighborhoods around downtown where sadly many children still live. The state essentially controls entire families by the location of housing and limiting their opportunities to grow. With less than 300 cops across the whole city you can basically get away with whatever you want.
