I believe they're suggesting that because of the natural non-manmade solar activity the cabal knows there will be this volcanic activity and warming trend up until 2030 when the worldwide cooling will begin. their ruse is designed to operate off on the natural trend and higher activity of volcanoes to use the usual scare tactics
