He's using the "I stand with Israel" tag to highlight his argument:

This is a Good vs. Evil time.

evil only triumphs when good men do nothing…do something.

Time to stand up, step up, and speak up.

The level of indifference and complacency in America has brought us to this stage of our experiment…if we are to survive as a constitutional republic, #WeThePeople must become far more engaged in our communities. No more sitting on the fence.

In other words, he's saying the shitstorm in Israel is a direct result of the breakdown of the situation in the USA. He's not advocating for warring on behalf of Israel, or sending $$$ there.

He's saying, "this is it. This shit is real. And if the US people don't step up now, in their own country, then the country will go down the gurgler. I stand for America!"

It so easy to be reactive, but understanding is better than reacting. Flynn is on point, as usual.

PS. This message, about Americans stepping up and taking responsibility in their own neighborhoods, for their own governance systems, etc, has been his CORE primary theme for the last 7 years.
