A former Raytheon employee has blown the whistle about how Directed Energy Weapons (DEWs) are being used by the U.S. government to create 'natural disasters' around the globe.

Yes, he's speaking in code. But what's a DEW in that code? Probably just people with Department Of Energy (DOE) classified info (Q clearance level secrets) ready to unleash that "energetic data" when directed to do so.
