I’ve been dealing with construction equipment including every type of of light system used in construction for over 28yrs. At first look that does not appear to be construction lights. Far too bright and far too large of an area. Looks closer to a full on professional stadium lit up for a national broadcast. And there isn’t anything that fits that bill in that area. The cloud cover does mean light is being reflected back so it could be somewhat of an optical illusion, but my gut still says that isn’t construction light towers.
