The court ruled that:

There was no election fraud, no stolen election
The January 6 Committee got it right
Trump is guilty of insurrection
The only reason he can stay on the ballot is that as president he swore an oath to “preserve, protect, and defend” the Constitution while section three of the 14th amendment applies only to people who swore an oath to “uphold” the Constitution,
