Doing it on Thanksgiving would have maximum effect. Most stores close early, so people wouldn't be able to get last second supplies. And all the people who travel would be stranded away from home and any stockpiles they might have had. The roads would be blocked with people trying to get back, made worse if they depended on their phones for navigation and the networks are down.
Since we Americans celebrate Christmas for Christ's birth, which we know is NOT the real day but we celebrate it as it is, then I'm thinking Christmas day. Hamas being Muslim hate us Christians so much, this would be a great time for a shut down of everything. Thanksgiving also would be a great day as the Muslims do not like us to be thankful to our Lord for anything, as they seem to think their Lord can't come back until us INFIDELS are all dead. So either of these Holidays would be great for them. God bless.
Problem with waiting until Christmas is the campaign would have to drag on for another month. Israel is losing the narrative as it is, five more weeks of steamrolling Gaza unopposed would be a bad look. They need a big shock ASAP to cement unwavering support.
Any mention on when this is to take place?

I don't care when it happens, just so it happens.
