Trying to help a friend get off Xanax. I’ve never tried any pills so I have I idea where to start.

Feedback: I really appreciate the feedback. I did not know how crazy that stuff is. I will try my best on my side to help him.

A metabolic dyscrasia is difficult to correct. The cause must be identiied and addressed. The Xanax is used to thoughtlessly treat symptoms. A team approach is your best bet as cause can be nutrient, hormonally or even epigenetic.
