Does this mean Grassley is a black hat, and actor, or does it mean anything at all?

Well, Grassley seems to have provided enough clues that he is a white hat. So I would take the black hat option off the table.

This shows that they massaged the videos shown to the American people, maybe including Grassley on the second take to make it appear bi-partisan?
