I guess Bayer is now in league with Pfizer (Pfizer's $2.3 billion settlement including a record-breaking $1.3 billion criminal fine in 2009 ) in having to pay out the largest damages award. And, just like Pfizer, Bayer just keeps right on doing business. After poisoning millions of people. Wtf is wrong with this picture?
