My understanding is the event got moved last-minute from somewhere nowhere near the border. So, 100% set-up.
As for the attendees, I expect they had no reason to suspect Israel opening up said border - normally one of if not the most secure in the world - like they did.
Rather disappointing response esp with all the emojis I have to say. Though exactly why the conservative media has avoided saying "rave" - the conservatives they are trying to keep baited pro-Israel, some would go "oh but it was just a rave the dumb hippie kids deserved it" or similar. Which was the essence of my observation on the matter.
Well, obviously, I don’t think that anybody deserves to die that way.
However; the location of that event was not ideal. And yet, people still went. It would seem to me it would be unwise to attend an event, whether it was a rave or not at that location.
I was actually supposed to be going to Israel, on the 21st of this month to be exact. However, the church and the tour company canceled it. For the record… Even if the church and the tour company decided that this event was going to continue, I would choose not to go! Why? Because I wouldn’t wanna put myself in harms way.
At this point in time, I have no desire to go to Israel ever again for the rest of my life. I don’t care if they sign a seven-year, peace agreement, or everybody comes out, singing Kumbaya. I am never going to Israel. Ever.
