Guys, this is fucking stupid, I'm sorry. I'm a twenty year veteran of the Army, still active duty. And I have served in Army recruiting. This is a program intended to drive recruitment. It's essentially a refer a friend program. It's been in place for decades. It's also designed for junior enlisted. It's not as if they'll make you a General if your entire Facebook friends list joins the Army. The most basic research, or hell, just asking someone has served would have told you this.
