Binance also reached settlements with two of the three US Agencies that were investigating, then, the Treasury Department and the Commodity Futures Trading Commission, but the SEC not part of this deal.

4.3 billion is a massive hit, it's possible we will see them sell off bitcoin to cover the loss imo, the private lawsuits are another aspect.
