A top administrator for the Pentagon's school system in the Americas region, was arrested on Nov. 15 in a human trafficking sting.

I think this may exactly be the case and would also illustrate why Epstein was allow to do his stuff for so long. I think there is a level of control yet unseen. Larry Nassar is another case that comes to mind. Lots of complaints but authorities “finally” act. Timing should always be be questioned.
