My dear Frens,
I just heard from an old friend of mine who rushed himself to a psychiatric hospital this morning rather than ending his depressing and exhausting life.
Bernard, married to Catherine, is the father of 5 kids of which only the youngest still remain with their parents.
He was always highly suspicious of anything from the mass media and they raised the kids with board games, books and an occasional beamed movie rather than leaving them with a television.
He always happily took these bright young fellows to Church and he really was the only age-related person I know to be that pious.
Here’s a translation of his wife’s call for help:
Dear brothers and sisters, I ask you to pray especially for us. Completely exhausted and despondent, I lived through a night from hell, to the point of active suicidal desires, which were only stopped by the unavailability of material means. Thank God we lived on the 1st floor and didn't own a gun. This time, my faith wasn't enough to repel them. So I went to the hospital for help. I have a rather mild pathology, but they confirmed that I had done the right thing in coming. So I'm going to stay there for a few days. Please pray for me, for Catherine, who's home alone, and for Florent, to whom I'm sending an image of a counter-testimony... Considering the time I spend entrusting myself to God and the result! Thank you so much. Fraternally yours. Bernard.
Please, join me during our daily prayer to pray for Ben’s full recovery, both physical and moral.🙏🏻
Prayers for Bernard and his family.
I am looking into orthomolecular psychiatry for a family member who struggles with alcoholism. His mother was a manic/depressive and schizophrenic. Short story, there have been links between significant Vitamin B deficiencies and these psychiatric conditions. Supposedly, the found of AA became involved and a true believer, but no one really knows this about him. Not sure if the below is true but I read it on the interwebs.
"It is worth noting that when Bill Wilson, the founder of Alcoholics Anonymous (AA), was asked what he would like to be remembered for at the end of his life, he surprisingly remarked that it would be for his work with vitamin B3 as a treatment for alcoholism rather than for the creation of AA." https://www.psychiatryredefined.org/alcoholism-treatment-vitamin-b3/
I am a little obsessed with this because they lied so boldly and blatantly about Ivermectin. I think they suppress all known cures or at least treatments. Your friend might want to consider visiting an Orthomolecular Psychiatrist. They are licensed in psychiatry obviously, but also look to cure the root cause rather than treat the symptom.
As an aside, I went down this rabbit hole because my son suffered from horrible migraine headaches in his teens. They did a vitamin/mineral screen and found that his Magnesium levels were non-existent. They slowly brought up his levels and he is fine now, unless he forgets to take his Magnesium. It kind of blew my mind.
Thank you for this, HelloDolly. I have never heard of vitamin B3 helping with alcoholism. I need to research this.
Me too! I keep saying "If I was a younger person" but I am going to learn what I can now and see where it takes me. I think it is fascinating TBH.
The whole world being relearned is fascinating! It’s going to be like being a kid again. I think there are a lot of hidden treatments that would help us feel good again. I sure hope so. Winter is hard on me.
