They won't leave until it becomes unsafe for them to stay or until the government confiscates the assets of anyone who hasn't left by a certain time and forcibly removes them. The Irish appear to have discovered a different way to welcome refugees and if they keep that up and expand it people will leave on their own and stop coming regardless of what their government's policy is.
