He did it on purpose and I believe someone sent him to do this so all blacks will be rioting and burning things. It is all planned

There's a photo montage of the exact scene playing out with a white cop kneeling a on perp of color in different cities in the same week like London, Madrid, etc. They probably had multiples of this set up and Fentanyl Floyd was the one that got traction.
