Why did she go up there? Was she a plant to incite a riot. Was this planned, or was she just wondering around aimlessly. My apologies I don't take anything at face value anymore.
I have no idea. But I did see on live tv LE telling people to hurry up and go the the Capitol. many of the people had surprised looks and as the Officer repeated the message they headed that way. That may explain why she was there. Remember the people were invited in and given a tour.

In all fairness they moved on with the cameras so while possible it happened again. Nothing that I was able to witness on tv.
