Yes actually, a few of them I know took the shot specifically BECAUSE Trump said it's a great vaccine and you should take it.

If you believe Trump got 400+ electoral votes (or all of them as I've seen people here say) then you should also believe his words have more sway than the rest of the media and not excuse this

Perhaps they would. People would be ready to lay down their lives if Trump told them to. In any case the point is people try to pretend Trump has no culpability when he has said very specifically it's a good vaccine that people should get. When the voice of "anti Establishment" coincides with the voice of the "Establishment" you will find people persuaded
