United Nations set to call on Americans to reduce meat consumption

The United Nations Food & Agriculture Organization is planning to release a first-of-its-kind report taking aim at the "over-consumption" of meat in the West.

Bison has more protein then beef and less cholesterol then chicken. If God did not want us to eat them he would not have blessed us with buffalo. People need protein to get through the day. Your survival depends on it.
