Those are Driscoll's strawberries and they were grown in California.
Strawberries can be planted and harvested in Oxnard, CA pretty much year round. It is one of Driscoll's main hubs in California.
Driscoll's Central Mexico hub is distributed to Arizona, Texas and Florida. I doubt they're reaching Canada.
I am looking at Driscoll's list of growing regions they have posted on their website. Not sure if it's a Brave browser thing, but it only loads up as a background; the information chart appears once I scroll down.
In Oxnard, CA it is strawberry season every month of the year except July and August.
