How does one test their own PH? Do I use my PeeH?
Yes. You can buy pH strips that you pee on or dip in your urine if you prefer to pee in a cup. You want strips that measure a pH range of 6.0-8.0 and ideally you want to reach a body pH of just over 7.0 if you can. It can be very hard to get your overall body pH over 7.0 unless you completely change your diet and lifestyle which is why I've never done it. Healthy blood should be around a pH of 7.4 if I remember correctly, but the rest of your body will generally be more acidic than that.
Search the internet for lists of foods that cause the body to become more alkaline. Keep in mind that just because a food is alkaline in its original form doesn't mean it will cause an alkaline shift in the body after you digest it, and some acidic foods can actually cause an alkaline shift after digestion (apple cider vinegar, for example). Good luck!
Most pharmacies sell PH test strips. Take a urine sample when you wake up, and dip the strip in it, and compare it to the color code on the package.
