As someone without kids I believe it, not everyone wants to be a parent nor should everyone be forced to be (and there's a lot of psychos who shouldn't be raising kids to begin with.)
The problem is the wording of the question. Of course, you usually CAN live a fulfilling life (with/without) <fill in the blank>.
The insidious part is the poll taker knows the 2-second conclusion of most braindead normies will be 76% of people say a fulfilling life is without children.
I guess my question didn't come out clear. I was pointing at percentage of people believe that to be true. I don't have kids, live a happy life and would not want to have either. But I would not agree to it in a public poll that life can be fulfilling to not have kids. Because these poll results go all the way up to the congress and lawmakers which give them ammunition on population control measures.
