If it works this will be the third time. I may be able to stop taking antibiotics for this. I will update in a day or two.

We use saline nasal spray with Xyletol. Works like magic. Safe and effective. We used the food grade H2O2 during COVID infection, it was very pleasant and refreshing. Diluted strongly of course.
