People will still need a purpose once "wage slavery" comes to an end. Free enterprise will still exist, we are consumers after all. The best way to find people is to increase the wage, or barter value.
Ascension may change us so that we are no longer consumers obsessed with material.
Could be, I really like all my stuff though.
I found out early on after college that money didn't make me happy. I still continued to work but I no longer care about getting "stuff". I'd love to have unlimited money but I know it won't make me happy.
Me too. I own stuff, and I am happy.
