Here, you can borrow mine!
As a child from extreme chaotic home, I learned early to despise profanity, especially the Lord’s name in vain. Partly this was due to my hearing both all of the time in the form of yelling and screaming between my parents, and I think more so due to my having accepted Jesus as my Saviour at the ripe old age of five.
Though I wandered my own way and sinned many times, I still clung to Him in faith.
So, I came up with my own alternatives to cursing. Feel free to borrow mine;
1)Flippin Fruitcakes!
2)Flyin Poopsicles!
3)(made up by my 8yr old Granddaughter)
Oh Crapdump!

I think you’re referring to
Bless your heart 😂🤣
Most of the times, "Bless your heart", means just that... blessings because you are experiencing difficulties.
I try to say ...Crickey!
Thats a classic for sure.
