He really is positioning to attempt to be Trump v2. Of course if he was acting in good faith he’d insist the people must get their rightful four more years of Trump we voted for.

We have so few good options I’d be curious to hear more from him if he started supporting Trump for 2024 and drops out to run in the next election. But that won’t happen
