Well when you chase off your entire tax base and enact policies to gut the middle class and make it so that even doctors have to have fucking roommates in an apartment in order to survive, and when you combine that with a whole shitload of waste in the form of corruption and government inefficiency and ridiculous social programs like handouts for homeless people and free drugs, no fucking shit Sherlock you're going to run up a deficit.
