When it comes to investing, I’m somewhere between an idiot and a novice. I noticed something new, atleast for me, at my brokerage account. I can lend my securities and earn interest. What? I was curious and went thru the eligibility survey. Came back with only one security eligible and is in demand. GME. Is this the dark money managers looking for ways to hide their scheme a little while longer and extend their demise?

Don't lend your stock, you would be stabbing yourself in the ass. If you want to own your stock, move it to computershare to be directly registered in your own name.
Def not lending it
They lend it even when they SAY they don't.......
Only way to stop it is to use computershare.
Otherwise your game is 100% lent out
The people that would borrow your stock do it so they can short GME and bring the price down. Then they throw you some peanuts in the form of interest.
