Try searching etsy for "yummy".

there is a listing for $50,000 that looks concerning -- homemade pizza? -- terrible image, no description -- seller name is TooRandomShop (Diego dominguez)

Here's another etsy search term "Caramel coffee droplet candy" - by Bullshiot (queen yalania tay) 5 pics

coffee Worther's Original
Paper Mate ink pen (PM = personal message?)
empty Unilevel deodorant with "Drug Facts" label displayed, sitting on a plastic bag
close up on a Jelly Bean maybe? (JB)
5th and final image, a hanger size 3x (I have my theories on this, perhaps it ends with a hanging?)
I hope I'm completely off base, but I find these listings very alarming.
