I wonder why it still has electricity?

Lights still turning on, generators/machines humming in the kitchen area, etc.

edit:

reading the YT comments; a number of people say the place looks well-maintained [implying "they" still use it, but only in July], and it looks "abandoned" because it's "off-season".
