Start watching the rain storms that begin in Texas and head straight to New York. The rain used to come across the mid west and the Great lakes then into New England. Many rain systems this year, since I've been noticing, come from Texas.... it's supposed to rain on Sunday in Ohio and Western PA. Watch the storms start tomorrow in Texas the head up the Mississippi River and up through New England by Monday. This seems to be happening once a week now.
