Dandelion Root is also good for the kidneys, liver and gall bladder. I've had issues with kidney stones in the past, and Dandelion Root tea dissolved them better than anything else I've tried. It's a diuretic though, so be mindful. However, unlike other diuretics, dandelion replaces the potassium it could potentially leech.
I buy roasted dandelion root tea and drink it often. Highly recommend it. It tastes like instant coffee (or watered down coffee) but I got used to it pretty quick.
Yep! This is pretty much all I know about it. It will pull the excess water from your body. Good if you have a lot of water weight or need to flush. Coffee is also a diuretic.

I put it in the coffee maker with the coffee. It masks the tea taste and, should make a synergy with the antioxidants in the coffee.

what is diuretic and what does it do? is it good??
If I am not wrong, it makes you pee, ALOT! Diuretics pull water from the body. I think. Look it up to be sure.
