At 10 second mark, the guy on the left side of screen has a jacket buttoned-up and the guy on the right side is leaning on his elbow-Suddenly at 11 seconds, the guys jacket is open and the other guys elbow is now on his hip-... this looks to be edited video...But, do I believe it was CIA/deepstate/cabal.. heck yeah!!
