They had dad on those . After a year he was sick. Died from heart failure 12 years ago today . I told him not to take them . Change your diet move more. Never listened.

Thank you fren. Every day I think how much I would give if he were still here. At least I know dad never was exposed to clot shot. Everyone else was in family. They're all popped off..or having medical issues. How much life, the world has changed since...
