Biden had to run as Prez in 2020 so they couldn't investigate him for Burisma dealings etc as it would be election interference (back when we pretended to all play by the rules of course). Trump was getting too close when he phoned up Zelenskyy asking him WTF was going on with all that and got himself impeached for the privilege!
